COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric 31C60 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bailey product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 44B377098G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3HNE01586100 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40PB3204A by Manufacturer Bailey as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Digital Brand 501601701D1P3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as 39PFMAAN equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 31C96 made by Reliance-Electric as well as the popular 50BRW520B1 original spares produced by Api-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44A397809G02 by Fanuc and 39PFMAAN spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 51304544100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
